Another election year is upon us and while it is important to be civically engaged, it can take a toll on one’s mental health. Election yEARmuffs are noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones designed to provide temporary relief from election stress by muffling political noise. Most importantly, they pair with an app that helps you register to vote, and offers election resources, information, and relaxation sounds for when you need a break.
Warning: While the Election yEARmuffs offer temporary relief from election stress, they are not a substitute for active civic engagement. Over-reliance on them can lead to ignorance of critical political and social matters, weakening democracy and jeopardizing important issues.
